HealthWorld Online : Developed and launched a non-advertising PR/Marcom launch plan for this innovative website – the leader in natural and alternative healthcare information and content. The campaign generated coverage in the New York Times (x3), Newsweek, LA Times (x3), Washington Post and more than 250 other media. It exceeded performance goals over six months by 20%, and became the basis for a case study at Michigan State University’s Graduate School of Business.
Clarian Medical Center: Developed a strategic plan (and tactical launch/promotion plan) for this Indianapolis multi-hospital medical center’s strategic marketing website. This plan later became a case-study template for hospital website best practices.
Columbia-HCA: In 1995, I developed the launch of the C-HCA website, one of the first healthcare/corporate websites. Fir 18 months, on Tuesday nights at 8 Central time for a period of 90 minutes, the C-HCA website was the most heavily-traveled website on the Internet.
